- Confirm the dwelling and applicant meet current program eligibility.
- For heat pumps installed on or after November 26, 2025, Hydro-Québec currently states ENERGY STAR certification is required for LogisVert assistance; also verify the list and complete system.
- Keep exact model information before signing: indoor/outdoor units, capacity, quote and seller/contractor evidence.
Keep these records
- Detailed invoice with date, address, business and exact models.
- Clear nameplate/model/serial photos requested for the measure.
- Payment records, contract, communications, eligibility screenshots from the relevant date and installation records.
Avoid preventable denials
- Do not assume an ENERGY STAR product is automatically eligible for every LogisVert measure.
- Do not base the budget on an old list, old amount or unofficial article.
- Re-read conditions in effect when applying and use the official portal.
