How RenoAtlas produces its data
RenoAtlas separates observed data, calculations, official requirements and assumptions so an estimate is never presented as a quote or a regulatory requirement.
Calculations
Calculators expose assumptions and use browser-entered values. A result is a planning aid, not a quote, design or certification.
Updates
Changing data carries a date. The build does not manufacture fresh dates when the underlying content has not actually been reviewed.
Corrections
Stale sources and errors are corrected in the source data, then the entire site is rebuilt and audited before publication.
What RenoAtlas does not claim
The site does not replace licensed professionals, municipal authorities, inspectors, insurers, laboratories or local quotes. Higher-risk pages identify stop points and professional checks.
Privacy
Property and project tools primarily use local browser storage. RenoAtlas measurement events do not include values entered into forms.
